William M Houston first married Martha E 'Mattie' Davis 22 July 1878, she died 2 March 1887, buried Jasper Cemetery.
Their Children: William E Houston born 1879 at Jasper married Anna M Tennison; Minnie L Houston born 3 Feb 1881 at Jasper died 26 Aug 1885, buried Jasper Cemetery.
William then married Martha Harp 20 May 1887
