STATE OF ARKANSAS COUNTY OF NEWTON
We the united Baptist Church of Christ Richland Church by a unanamus voice calling a Prisbatery for th purpose of examining in to the propriety of setting a parte borther Charles A. Cagle to the work of minister the Prisbatery was Elders Aaron Owen, Elder Benton C. Davis and Elder James Cornut having met according to the request of the Church we hereby certify that after dew examanation of Brother C. A. Cagle by us do this day set him aparte to the work of the ministry and to officate in all of the ordannances of the Gospell wherever God in his providence shall cast his lot by the laying on of hands of prisbatry may God bless his labor gospell is our prayers for Christ Sake amen.
