#1--Pierre Ranger, Sr. and wife Marguerite Clarmont - 1736

Pierre died in 1828 in St. Geneive, Missouri and is buried at the Catholic Cemetery.
Marguerite Clarmont Ranger died Dec 11, 1810 and is buried beside Pierre.
Their Children were born:
1..Ursula Ranger - 1777 at Vincennes,

(1778-1782- The Ranger family moved to Missouri from Canada)

2.Joseph Ranger - Feb 3, 1783, died Oct 10, 1815 (32 years old) M, Cecille Equett - St Genevieve, Mo,1805
3.Marguerite Ranger - May 5, 1785, died 1790 - 5 years old.

Henry Calvin and Amanda Rongey Children: (Family legend tells us they lived in a large log home at first, then white clapboards covered the house the rest of their lives and they lived near Fremont, Missouri with their family below:

Joseph Calivin and Sarah Jane are Buried at Doniphan, Mo in cemetery beside his father Henry and mother Amanda. (We visited their grave site in Fremont Cemetery when we attended the Rongey reunion in Doniphan in 1981. Joyce Rongey, their grandaughter from Tulsa, OK was with us that day.Grandma Amanda has a staligmite for a tombstone (at her request) the history goes.)

B- William Lafate Rongey (Paul's father) born Christmas Day, December 25, 1879- died of stroke in September of 1965 on Race Street in Searcy, Arkansas, walking home from town carrying groceries with his brother Herman Rongey who was visiting Will at the time. Will married Louise Catherine Smith in 1902 in Ripley County, Missouri, she was also born on Christmas Day, 1882 in Iron County, Missouri , died in 1963 at Searcy.
