Hadley Otis Villines, 80, died October 17, 1992, at St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. He had been a resident of Shelton, WA since 1953.

He was born April 17, 1912, a son of Lee and Fannie Thomas Villines at Ponca, AR, where he was raised and attended schools.

He was married to Delphia F. Reynolds of Shiloh on June 17, 1931.

He is survived by his wife of the home in Shelton, WA; four sons, Utah Villines of Kingston, AR, O.D. Villines of Olympia, Toby and Tom Villines, both of Shelton; three daughters, Gerry Shafer of Olympia, Rita Hawthorne, of Kansas City, MO, and Donna Rico of McCleary, WA. 23 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at Whiteside Funeral Chapel, Elma, WA. Interment was in McCleary Cemetery, McCleary, WA. Submitted by: Joan Hobbs

Delphia F. Villines, 87, of Shelton, WA died December 22, 1996 at St. Peter Hospital in Olympia.

Delphia was born October 18, 1909 to John Thomas and Pheobe J Carlton Reynolds in Shiloh, AR. She grew up and attended schools at Shiloh and Parthenon, AR. She was married to Hadley a/k/a Hatley O. Villines on June 17, 1931. The couple celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary prior to his death in 1992.

Survivors include three daughters, Gerry Shafer of Olympia, Rita Hawthorne of Pittsburg, MO, Donna Rico of McCleary, WA, four sons, Utah Villines of Kingston, AR, O.D., Toby and Tom of Shelton, WA; one nephew, Harvie Villines of Yakima, WA who she raised as if he were her own son. 23 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services were at Whiteside Funeral Chapel in Elma. Burial was in the McCleary Cemetery. Submitted by: Joan Hobbs

Berlin Leon Carlton, 75, of Jasper, died Monday, April 18, 2005. He was born May 7, 1929 at Murray, the son of Claude and Mamie (Daniels) Carlton. He was a lifetime resident of Newton County, Korean War Veteran and a lifetime member of the Veteran's Association. He was the manager of the Diamond Cave for 37 years.
He was married to Bonnie Breedlove on November 3, 1956 at Parthenon and was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Clifford Carlton in 2001.

Survivors are his wife of the home; a son, Kirby Carlton of Jasper; his stepmother, Gayle Carlton of Parthenon; a brother, Ford Carlton of Claremore, Oklahoma and three grandchildren.

Funeral was 10 a.m. Thursday, April 21 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper with Bobby Young and James Compton officiating. Burial was in the Union Hill Cemetery at Parthenon.

Pallbearers were Ricky Henderson, Greg Breedlove, Clinton Daniels, Kenny Carlton, Ronnie Carlton and Tim Ramsey. Honorary pallbearers were Kalan Carlton, Kimberly Carlton, Kylin Carlton, Keisha Manen, Zach Adams and Ryan Haynes. {nct}

Mike Tougaw, age 46, of Harrison, died Friday, May 13, 2005, at the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison. He was born August 24, 1958, in Harrison, the son of Thomas William and Bonnie (House) Tougaw. Mr. Tougaw was preceded in death by his infant brother, John Patrick Tougaw, and his father-in-law, Jack Chaffin.

Mike Tougaw was a member of the Eagle Heights Baptist Church where he was a Deacon and taught 5th grade Sunday school and the Couples 1 & 2 Sunday school classes. He graduated from Harrison High School in 1976 and was an Honor's graduate of the University of Arkansas. He married Cindy Chaffin in 1981.

Mike worked for Unit Rig in Tulsa, Oklahoma for seven years and worked at Millbrook Distribution Services for seventeen years where he was the Credit Manager. He coached Upward Basketball, soccer, and basketball at the Youth Center. Mike loved the Lord, his church, his family, the Razorbacks, taking his family fishing and all sports.

Mike Tougaw is survived by his loving wife of twenty four years, Cindy Tougaw, of the home; his sons, David Michael Tougaw and Kanon Patrick Tougaw, of the home; his daughters, Deena Renee Tougaw and Kayla Michelle Tougaw, of the home; his parents, Tom and Bonnie Tougaw, of Harrison; his brother, Marc Tougaw, of Harrison; his sister, Mary Tougaw-Plummer, of Rogers, Arkansas; his mother-in-law and her husband, Ada and Jackie Michael, of Harrison; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in law; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends that will miss him dearly.

Rev. Tommy Turner officiated the funeral service. Pallbearers were Tadd Andreson, Mark Griffin, Sam Patton, Todd Magness, John Pettrey, John Richardson, John Green and John O'Dell. Honorary pallbearers are the Couples 2 Sunday School Class and all the young people that Mike coached. Interment was in the Beechwood Cemetery.

Roy Namon Gasaway, 78, of Marshall died Thursday, Mar. 21, 2002 in Harrison.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Mar. 23 at Roller Coffman Chapel in Marshall. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Mar. 22 at the chapel. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery in Marshall.

Frank Adam Walker, 85, of Bentonville died July 30, 2000, at Beverly Health Care in Rogers. He was born Sept. 19, 1914, in Zion to Luther Dalton and Myrtle Edith Taylor Walker. He was a self-employed farmer and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. He moved to Bentonville in 1949 from Pauls Valley, Okla. His wife, Marguerite Ruth Walker, preceded him in death on Feb. 13, 1994.

Survivors include three sons, Carl Ray Walker of Bentonville, Ralph Walker of Rogers and William "Bill" Walker of Broken Arrow, Okla.; three daughters, Mary Campbell of Bentonville, Ruth Ann Byler of Rogers and Lois Wilder of Benton; one brother, James Walker of Horseshoe Bend; three sisters, Helen Jones of Okmulgee, Okla., Marie Thomas of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Reba Reeves of Okmulgee; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Rogers Cemetery with Tom Johnson officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Burns Funeral Home in Rogers. {mn}

Juanita Reddick Bowman, 88, of Rogers died July 31, 2000, at her home. She was born Nov. 25, 1911, in Garfield to Thomas and Myrtle Reddick Kelly. She moved to Rogers 20 years ago and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Eugene Paul Moon, on Dec. 24, 1969, and James Milton Bowman, on June 14, 1985.

Survivors include one son, William 'Bill' Moon of Redding, Calif.; one daughter, Virginia Maloney of Cassville, Mo.; three sisters, Belva Brown and Abbie Townsend, both of Rogers, and Ruth Agnew of Siloam Springs; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Burns Funeral Home in Rogers. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Coalinga, Calif. {mn}

Earl Thomas Clark, 87, of Springdale died July 31, 2000, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born Aug. 10, 1912, in Anderson, Mo., to John E. and Etta May Gwinn Clark. He was a former employee of Welch Foods and was a member of Robinson Avenue Church of Christ. He enjoyed gardening and flowers.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Manila Tenny Clark, in 1999.

Survivors include one sister, Aliene Luker of Dallas, Ore. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with Gary Frazier officiating. Burial will be in Sonora Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be James Harp, Carl Harp, Glen Galloway, Kevin Wieland, Scott Galloway and Jared Galloway. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Freeman, Harry Artripe and Kenneth Harp. Harold Newell Corbin, 78, of Centerton died July 31, 2000, at his home. He was born Jan. 24, 1922, in Eminence, Mo., to William Henderson and Magdeline Esmond Corbin.

He served in the Army during World War II and in the Marine Corps in the 1950s. He was a member of Bible Missionary Church in Rogers. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a welder for North American Aviation.

Survivors include his wife, Wantha Sue Duncan Corbin, to whom he was married Dec. 15, 1956; three sons, Harold Dean Corbin of Rogers, Jeffery Lee Corbin of Sand Lake, Mich., and James Harold Corbin of Springfield, Mo.; three daughters, Darla Sue Immel of Rogers, Laurie Jean Waters of Centerton and Kathryn Elaine Duncan of Bentonville; one brother, Kenneth Vernon Corbin of North Little Rock; one sister, Isabel Spears of Lonoke; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bible Missionary Church in Rogers with Melvin Waters officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Callison-Lough Funeral Service in Bentonville. Burial will be in Bentonville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Hospice, 1200 W. Walnut St., Rogers, 72758. {mn}

Patricia Fields Baire, 62, Springdale died Nov. 4, 2001, at Springdale. She was born Oct. 6, 1939, in Springdale to Raymond and Marjorie Griggs Brook. She was a registered nurse and served in the Army.

Survivors include three sons, David Baire of West Fork, Matthew Baire of Springdale and Scott Baire of Hagerstown, Md.; one daughter, Lori Baire Moran of Mansfield, Ohio; two brothers, Dan Fields of Lowell and Harold Fields of Springdale; one sister, Helen Wooten of Conway, S. C.; seven grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Cemetery with the Rev. Rhett Baird officiating. Pallbearers will be David Baire, Matthew Baire, Scott Baire, James Baire, Joseph Moran and Dan Fields.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 92 W. Sunbridge Drive, Fayetteville, 72703. Arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale. {mn}

Claude Leroy Hampton, 66, of Shirley (Van Buren Co.) passed away Monday, July 10, 2006 at his home. Born Dec. 25, 1939, at Limestone, he was the son of Jess and Oma Stone Hampton. He worked in the timber industry and loved fishing, hunting, camping, and playing guitar and singing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, George and Annie Hampton and Squire and Abby Stone; a son, Randy Hampton; and two sisters, Aloula Hampton and Ola Faye Farmer.

Survivors include a son, Ronnie Hampton of Knoxville; two daughters, Lanita and Becky Hampton of Ozark; six brothers, Lydle Hampton of Zanesville, Ohio, James Hampton of Dover, Bob Hampton of Knoxville, Johnny Hampton of Jasper, Lester Hampton of Harrison and David Hampton of Ozone; a stepbrother, Leslie Farmer of Hector; six sisters, Viancie Shower of Alpena, Glenna Freeman and Kathryn Williams of Dover, Linda Williams of Harrison, Villa Friesen of Deer and Christie Fouts of Hector; his stepmother, Treva Hampton; two stepsisters; five grandchildren; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Funeral will be at 2 PM today at Lurton Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Stan Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Coleman Cemetery by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton.{RC}

John LaMoyne Fisher, 67, of Elkins died July 31, 2000, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born March 15, 1933, in Booneville, Mo., to Hugh Samuel and Juanita Williams Fisher. He was a Coast Guard veteran and a member of the Life Covenant Church in Fayetteville.

Survivors include his wife, Suzella Fisher of the home; one son, Maj. Mark Fisher of Little Rock; two daughters, Valarie Simon of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Chrystal Yarbrough of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in National Cemetery in Fayetteville. Cremation arrangements are by Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Life Covenant Church in Fayetteville with Tony Quinn and Ken Maddox officiating. {mn}

Marc Andrew Lebeau, 16, of Siloam Springs died Aug. 1, 2000, at his home. He was born March 15, 1984, in Springdale to Marcel Joseph and Fran Lebeau. He was a sophomore at Siloam Springs High School and was a member of Harvard Avenue Baptist Church. He enjoyed golf and was an entrepreneur.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his parents, Fran Lebeau and Ben Calvert of Siloam Springs; two brothers, Edward Robert Lebeau and Matthew John Lebeau, both of Siloam Springs; one sister, Hanna Marie Lebeau of Siloam Springs; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Holt of Fort Myers, Fla., and Cecile Lebeau of Irasburg, Vt.

Memorial services are set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Harvard Avenue Baptist Church in Siloam Springs. Cremation is by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Little Rock. {mn}

Archie Wade, 63, of Hayti, Mo., died Wednesday, May 21, 2003, at the Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Nov. 23, 1939, in Bragg City, Mo., son of the late William and Joyce Hanks Wade, he was retired from Emerson Electric.

Survivors include his children, William Wade, of Garland, Texas, Roy Wade, of Pea Ridge , Ark. and Janie Edgmon, of Mossville, Ark.; one brother, Charles Wade, of Heber Springs, Ark; seven grandchildren; one niece and two nephews.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. today, Friday, May 23, at the Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, Ark. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24, at the Shiloh Cemetery in Newton County, Arkansas. with Dorlin Sparks officiating.
