Thanks C. L. and Lina!

I did not find this cemetery. From the description of it’s location in the old cemetery, 'North of Dover, on the bluff across Piney Creek at the 'Fish Trip Hole', it appears to be located in the Northewest quarter, Section 18, Township 10 North, Range 20 West and on private land behind a locked steel gate.

From the junction of Highways 7 and 27 in Dover, go north on Highway 7 for 5.5 miles to junction of Highway 164. Turn left on 164 and go 4.7 miles to Forest Service Road 1800 (Pilot Rock Road). Take 1800 for .5 mile to Millsaps Lane, turn right and go 2.1 miles to locked steel gate. There are seven sandstone markers here with no names or dates.

These two people were listed in the old book:

Silas G. Wright July 4, 1804 May 29, 1872
    He was born in Tennessee
    Husband of Mildred A.
Mildred A. Wright July 6, 1816 June 20, 1882
    She was born in Virginia
    Wife of Silas G. Wright
Children: Mary, William, Elizabeth, Sefrona, Silas G., James M., Mildred
In the 1880 census, Mrs. Wright had living with her, two children listed as
      grandson and granddaughter:
         William N. CARTER age 21
         Mildred J. Carter age 23
