From junction of highways 27 and 164 in Scottsville, go north on highway 164 for 5.3 miles. Cemetery on left. Grown up. Approximately 50 graves that are not marked.

Note from Judy: On April 21, 2004 I received an email from Smoke Pfeiffer, Register of Professional Archaeologists with Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, informing me that Burch Cemetery has been recorded with the Arkansas Archeological Survey as a historical site, site number 3PP619.

Smoke provided digital photographs of each monument as well as a site sketch map. Thank You Smoke! The images of the grave markers appear in the Burch Cemetery Album at bottom of page.
