Directions provided by Lina Boyd: From the junction of Highway 64 and Highway 21 east of Clarksville, go north on Highway 21 to Salus. Turn right in Salus just before the sharp curve. Cemetery located on dirt road No. 58 east of Salus approximately 4+ miles. This road connects Highway 21 to Highway 123.
