Homer Robert Case is my (Robert's) grandpa.

He had brown hair that started greying and started loosing around his 40's. And he had blue eyes, he started wearing glasses about the age of 42.

He had been on the Oark School board when his daughters were in school. About 1954-1960.

His tradmark clothing to wear was denim overalls, (in the summer no shirt underneath). Except for Sunday's when he'd go to church then he'd dress in dress clothes.

He loved to fish and hunt. He worked a cattle farm until he wasn't able. He always had a big garden every Spring and Summer until he was no longer able to do that.

He started "not feeling" well the Spring of 1993, he started losing his weight. Then in October he was hospitalized at Springdale Memorial Hospital, where he was diagnosed with lung cancer. He did a few chemotherapy treatments,...but they weren't working. And we brought him home and took care of him until almost a month later when he passed away on a Sunday evening.
