Edmond Guthrie In Civil War

Edmond Guthrie enrolled at Norristown, Arkansas on the 30th day of October 1863, as a Private in Company D, 3rd Regiment of the Arkansas Cavalry, in the service of the United States, in the Civil War.

His personal description at enlistment: 

                    Height:         Six feet
                    Complexion:     Dark 
                    Color of eyes:  Blue
                    Color of hair:  Dark

He was honorably discharged at Norristown on the 22nd day of May 1865.
