Death Takes Area Woman:
Rites Saturday For Mrs. Boen To Be At Church Here
Mrs. Martha Boen, aged 66, died at her home at Oark Monday night at 8 o'clock after a short illness.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ed Nowotny of Clarksville, Mrs. Edgar Hill of Clarksville and Mrs. Hiram Ellison of Catalpa; three sons, Joe and Fred Baker of Oark and Willie Boen of the home; two sisters, Mrs. Vera Hill of Oark and Mrs. Iva Yarborough of Tulsa, Okla.; five brothers, Alvin Cline of Kingston, Art Van Cline of Phoenix, Arizona., A. Cline of Forth Smith, Morrison Cline of Missouri, George Cline of Fayetteville; her step-mother, Mrs. L. Cline of Oark, and 11 grandchildren.
Mrs. Boen was born in Kingston and moved to Oark 33 years ago. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Baptist church in Oark with the Rev. A. P. Elliff, pastor of the First Baptist church of Clarksville officiating. Burial will be in the Oark Cemetery with the Hardwicks Funeral home in charge of arrangements.
