Charles Michael Harvey was son of Clark Harvey and Lucinda Ellen Chandler. He was born August 25, 1867 in Blount County, Tennessee; he died April 2, 1911 in Clarksville, Johnson County, Arkansas. He was buried in Shady Grove Cemetery at Clarksville. Charles married Lillie Ellen Hickey September 25, 1888 in Blount County, Tennessee. She was born August 12, 1866 in Knox County, Tennessee; she died February 17, 1940 in Clarksville. Lillie Ellen was daughter of George Washington Hickey and Minerva Jane Parson Wilson.

1. Ida Ella Harvey, born February 9, 1890 in Blount County, Tennessee; died May 25, 1945 in Oklahoma. Wife of Marion Malone Russell.
2. Ruby Lillian Harvey, born March 12, 1892 in Tennessee; died April 1, 1977 in Missouri. Wife of Thomas Henry Griffin.
3. Charles Houston Harvey, born May 21, 1896 in Knox County, Tennessee; died September 12, 1949 in Missouri. Husband of Nora Bell Fraiser.
4. St. Elmo Harvey, born October 21, 1898 in Blount County,Tennessee; died May 14, 1973 in Arkansas. Husband of Norma Francis Hudson.
5. Laura Greta Harvey, born June 10, 1900 in Blount County, Tennessee; died September 20, 1996 in Arkansas. Wife of Elmer Levi Hudson.
6. Ada Harvey, born June 18, 1907 in Clarksville, Johnson County, Arkansas; died June 18, 1907.
