Know all men by these presents, that I N. A. Fisher for and in
consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to me in hand paid by M. J. Fisher
do hereby grant, bargain sell and convey unto the said M. J. Fisher and unto
her heirs and assigns forever, the following described lands in the County
of Izard and State of Arkansas, (Vis) the SE qr of the NW qr of Sec(5) Five,
and two acres in the NE corner of the NW qr of the SW qr of Sec Five (5) Tp
15 Range 8 west containing forty two acres more or less. To have and to hold
the same unto the said M J Fisher and unto her heirs forever, with all the
appurtenances thereto belonging except the WEST ROOM AND ENTRY of the
mansion on said lands. Which room and entry is retained possession by me
and thereby covenant with the said M. J. Fisher that I will forever warrant
and defend the title in said lands against all claims whatsoever and that
lands are free from all incumbrance
Witness my hand and seal this 29th day of October 1892

Be it remembered, that on this day came before the
undersigned a Justice of the Peace within and for the County of Izard N. A.
Fisher to me well known as the grantor in the foregoing deed and stated that
he had executed the same for the consideration, uses and purposes therein
mentioned and set forth. Witness my hand as such Justice on this the 29th
day of Oct. 1892
