Granville Louis Wood, son of Lashley Levi Wood and Elizabeth Gibson, was born 1836, Kentucky, died April of 1869, Dallas County, Arkansas. He married Malicia Harbour November30, 1854, Calhoun County, Arkansas. She was born 1838 in Alabama, died Dallas County, Arkansas. He married Elizabeth Pierce February 6, 1868, Dallas County, Arkansas. She was born in Dallas County, Arkansas.

    
Children of Granville Louis Wood and Malicia Harbour are:
     i. Louisa Elizabeth Wood, born October 14, 1856; died April 7, 1931; buried Liberty Cemetery, Dallas County.
        She married William James Nutt October 12, 1879, Dallas County, Arkansas. He was born January 7, 1855;
        died January 18, 1902.  
    ii. Frances Malinda Wood, born 1857 Arkansas. She married James M. Wood January 10, 1875, Dallas County, Arkansas.  
        They had two children:
        Lewis M. Wood, born circa 1876
        Mattie E. Wood, born circa 1880
   iii. James Houston Wood, born September 13, 1860, Arkansas; died December 28, 1893, Arkansas. He was buried in 
        Liberty Cemetery, Dallas County, Arkansas. He married Margaret Ann Nutt. She was born March 27, 1860.
        She died January 5, 1940 in Arkansas.  She was also buried in Liberty Cemetery.
        They had two children:
        Lizzie Houston Wood, born January 2, 1890
        Martha Wood, born July 23, 1895
    iv. Granville Lewis Wood, born circa 1864, Arkansas; died in Arkansas 
     v. Amanda Wood, born circa 1864
