Washington Byrd Pyeatt was born January 3, 1876 Jefferson County, Missouri to William and Dianna.
Washington Byrd was known as W. B., he married Mary Azelee McKinney May 14, 1899 in Ripley County, Missouri. Mary was born December 4, 1879 to George McKinney and Minerva A. McDowell.
Children were:
1. B.R. Pyeatt, born August 20, 1900, died October 23, 1900
2. Simon Isiah Pyeatt, born October 13, 1901 Gassville, Baxter County, Arkansas, died September 12, 1949 Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas, buried Mountain Home City Cemetery
3. Joseph Roy Pyeatt, born September 24, 1903, died May 1975 Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas, buried East Oakland Cemetery
4. William Ernest Pyeatt, born June 16, 1905, died 1964
5. Noah Everett Pyeatt, born May 3, 1907 died 1971 in Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas, buried in East Oakland Cemetery
6. Charles Glenn Pyeatt, born April 9, 1910, died April 1985
7. Bessie M. Pyeatt, born February 6, 1912 died of December 4, 1915
8. Twin Pyeatt, born and died October 1914
9. Twin Pyeatt, born and died October 1914
10. Theodore Claude Pyeatt, born October 6, 1919
