Item #27 Miles and Vicy Acord Ritchie:
Miles Ritchie was the son of Isom Ritchie. Isom Ritchie was born in Perry Co, Ky, Isom and his brothers Hiram, Nicholas, Gabriel and two sisters, migrated to Arkansas after 1850, they all settled in Arkansas and raised their families there, only Gabriel finally went back to Ky to settle for good.

Item #34 Miles and Sallie Webb:
Miles Jackson Webb was age 22 and Sallie (Sarah) Morrow was age 19 when they were married by Albert Sinclair, JP on February 14, 1861 in Pope County, Arkansas. Miles Jackson Webb died June 3, 1886. Sarah Morrow Webb died in 1898, she is buried at Silex, Johnson County.

Item #35 Richard and Esther Phillips:
Richard was son of Charles Calvin Phillips (1875-1923) and Eliza Jane 'Goody' Ross (1873-1901). Esther was daughter of James Monroe Rutledge (1870-1918) and Tamer Caroline Wheeler (1873-1959). Richard Phillips was Postmaster and owned a store at Fort Douglas for many years.
Glen Garman Phillips, son of Richard and Esther, is buried at Ft. Douglas Cemetery. Richard's parents, Esther's parents, and numerous other relatives are also buried there.
